Personal Training Sessions
One-on-one training or consultation sessions are available in the Menlo Park area. The type, length and location of the session is tailored to your personal needs (e.g., running, cycling, strength training).
- $125/hour for a single training or consultation session
- $99/hour for six hours to be used within six months
- $75/hour for six hours to be used within six weeks
Monthly Coaching Packages
Monthly one-on-one coaching packages are available through TrainingPeaks for both remote and local athletes. The monthly coaching service comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, a TrainingPeaks Premium Athlete Edition account, a start-up consultation, goal planning and an individualized plan.

Self-Coached Training Plans
Prepare for your next race with a training plan designed by Adam Hodges. All training plans are delivered via TrainingPeaks, an online training log that allows you to receive automated emails of scheduled workouts, directly upload data from your training devices and map training routes.
