One-on-One Coaching
Ideal for athletes looking to work closely with a coach as you move toward your goals together as a team.

- Ongoing coach-athlete communication (unlimited athlete-initiated texts, emails, calls)

I review your training each week before delivering your next week’s workouts. Stay in contact with me via text, TrainingPeaks comments, emails and calls to let me know when issues come up that impact your training. The ongoing communication allows me to continually tailor your training to each week’s circumstances, scheduling around things that come up. You also have full access to all of the TrainingPeaks Premium features (included with coaching).
Requires a commitment to use a GPS watch with a heart rate monitor (and/or power meter) to log your training, add subjective feedback on workouts in your TrainingPeaks log, and keep me updated on any issues that arise each week. Billed monthly. Cancel at any time.
Custom Monthly Training Plan
Ideal for athletes looking for a custom training plan with guidance from a coach as you use it.

Workouts are delivered in four-week blocks to your TrainingPeaks calendar. I review each month of training before delivering the next four-week block. Ask me questions via email or via TrainingPeaks comments. Take advantage of the TrainingPeaks Premium features (included with the plan) to adjust your schedule when needed.
